This blog has 881 posts, and almost all of the content is unoriginal work. 

The philosophy used to be to “stand on the shoulders of giants”.  Parallel to hip-hop production- be derivatively unique and original. 

While those statutes still form the core of what this site stands for, I must admit (to myself) that its content must be more personally driven.  I am far from an artist but I have a firm understanding of my creative beliefs.  In the past I communicated these beliefs by demonstrating the work of other like-minded artists. From this point on, I am going to slowly increase the amount of original content on this site. 

Although I am currently limited to fairly traditional methods of expression (writing, photography, graphic design), I hope to slowly extend my artistic reach to other areas as well (fashion, music, industrial design, various forms of production). 

In addition, I will begin to vigorously promote the work of my friends.  I am privileged to reside in an environment where I am surrounded by talented people that don’t even comprehend the scope of their own awesomeness yet.

This is written with absolutely no intention of snobbery.  I do not have confidence in my own creative abilities, and I have spent the past 881 or so posts relying on other artists because of my insecurities and limitations.  However, my goal is to express my creative sensibilities in every field I desire- my expressions ultimately culminating into the ideology of a lifestyle. 

This marks the beginning of a long climb towards that goal.
